Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for a seasoned Chief Construction Officer to provide overall leadership to our construction operations.

In this role, the individual will partner with the senior management team of Ryan to oversee projects ranging from $10-500M. This role will be responsible for assimilating and ensuring the adoption of best practices of an integrated project delivery system across the company, driving strong support to Ryan’s business development efforts, enhancing efficiency through process improvement, and maintaining a heightened focus on quality and safety, while increasing profitability and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of commercial construction experience in design-build, construction management-at-risk and/or general construction delivery with an emphasis on qualification-based selection of services. Experience in leading significant general construction operations and business development for diverse building types in multiple geographic locations is required. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
