Job Description

Ryan has an opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Supervisor in the Des Moines area.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in a commercial environment; supervisory, project management, financial reporting, budget development, computer and customer service skills.

Successful candidates will also have strong working knowledge of building mechanical systems, HVAC, building automation, fire/life safety, electrical and plumbing. Prefer applicants with two-year technical degree related to operation of commercial building systems, CFC and professional certifications.
