Job Description
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has a career opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to lead a construction team in the Carlsbad, California office.
This role is responsible for managing a project team to meet goals, budgets and highest customer satisfaction on projects ranging from $10-100M+. In doing so, the individual drives collaboration and consistent best practices in quality, estimating, scheduling, safety, cost, and customer service. Will play a key role in relationship building and management of customers, make effective formal sales presentations, effectively negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts, and achieve team financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Southern California experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering, a minimum of 10 years’ solid project management experience with contract values from $10 to $100 million, and significant proven ability to manage PM teams efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
