Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate internship opportunity for a HR Recruiting Intern in our corporate office downtown Minneapolis. This internship is paid and would require approximately 20 hours per week, but can be flexible enough to work around your current school schedule. The duration of the internship is expected to go through April 2015.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to assist with the administrative functions in the recruiting process. Specific duties include: job postings, interview scheduling, reference checking, filing/scanning information into our Applicant Tracking System, and other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned. 

The ideal candidate will be in the process of completing their senior year in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or related field. Successful candidates will have strong administrative skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and extraordinary organizational skills with an attention to detail.
