Ryan Companies US, Inc. has a career opportunity for a Project Engineer in its Great Lakes Hub office located in Naperville, IL! 

We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of successful commercial construction experience to assist Project Managers and Superintendents in project administration through supervised involvement in project design coordination, estimating, construction, scheduling, cost control, and construction administration.

Specific duties include: developing a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management tools, and blueprint reading, Successful candidates will assume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers and, under supervision, may have more involvement in entire job cycle on selected small projects.

Qualified candidates will have Bachelor’s degree in construction management/engineering, general knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing, solid mathematical abilities, ability to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems along with familiarity and comfort with current technology. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate depending upon actual future project locations.
