Job Description
Ryan has a career opportunity for a Senior Architect to lead the efforts for all office building projects. This individual will act like a principal in a traditional firm -- responsible for overall project success on multiple projects, from pursuit through turnover.
This position will be responsible for collaborating in an integrated project delivery process unique to Ryan, which generally includes project teams consisting of architects, real estate developers and builders. Other responsibilities include supervising the work of a staff of architects and technicians, mentoring our staff, leading architectural communications with our clients, and supporting marketing and business development activities.
Successful candidates will demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature, authoritative architectural judgment in anticipating and solving architectural problems, both design and technical in nature, from programming through construction administration. Candidates must have excellent presentation, organization, and communication skill sets in addition to proven experience leading the overall A+E efforts. .
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years related experience. Experience in corporate office, high-rise office, and medical office will be considered. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Architectural registration are required. Master’s degree is preferred.
