Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Superintendent in Tampa, FL with experience in commercial healthcare construction. 

Specific duties include managing subcontractors performance, development of CPM computer-generated scheduling and tracking, and management of overall general construction budget, read and comprehend plans, prints, and specs, develop material procurement list and incorporate into master schedule, review shop drawings, establish and monitor QC program, value engineer throughout project, mentor subordinates, effectively communicate with all project team members, make sound decisions and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources, create Raving Fans, and sell additional work!

Professional background must include 10-15 years of experience in commercial healthcare construction. Qualifications include working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes, supervision skills, scheduling experience using MS Project, post high school education or equivalent in the construction field, retain a valid driver’s license, live in the Tampa area, and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing. Successful candidates must be fluent in English, must have willingness to travel and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
