Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician I in the Phoenix area. 

We are seeking self-motivated candidates with 1-2 years of successful basic maintenance experience in a commercial environment. Specific duties will include: basic filter and lighting maintenance, routine and preventive maintenance, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures, and light cleaning duties under the guidance of a lead/chief engineer.

Successful candidates must assume responsibility and have good verbal communication skills, be able to work well and efficiently on a team, and have a positive, helpful attitude at all times when interacting with building occupants. Clear driving record, ability to lift 120 pounds, work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals, and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions are all required. Two-year technical degree preferred but not required, or equivalent in commercial building operation and equipment.
