Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant in our downtown Minneapolis location. This position will be responsible for providing right-hand administrative support to one of Ryan’s senior executives.  
 
Key responsibilities will include coordination and management of meetings, schedules, travel, and events, while building and maintaining relationships with clients, direct reports, and other business community members and associates.  Other high level responsibilities include managing email correspondence, being a voice and representation in the executive’s absence, and providing some personal assistance. This person must possess good judgment and be able to work, think, and act independently.  Business acumen and technical savvy are a must.

We are looking for self-motivated professionals with a minimum five to seven years of progressive administrative experience. Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated outstanding customer service abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are required. The successful candidate will approach responsibilities with a sense of urgency and professionalism at all times and must be proficient with entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Real estate and property management background preferred.
