Job Description

We have a career opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager in our Great Lakes Hub office in Naperville, IL!  

We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of successful experience in design-build and/or general contracting construction management.  Position assumes responsibility for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.

Specific duties include: leading construction progress meetings; overseeing design development; preparing and managing project budget and schedule. Successful candidates will assume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, governing authorities and owners.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent experience required along with a minimum of 6-10 years proven success in the commercial construction industry. Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing along with a proven ability to manage projects up to $10MM is required.  Candidates must be willing and able to travel.
